After payment, you’ll receive an email with a private link to book your 30-minute interview at a time that suits you.

The 30-Minute Interview
We’ll gently guide a conversation about your pet's life, memories, and character. This is where the heart of the story begins to take shape.
Step 4
We Create Your Book
Using everything shared, we craft a beautifully written, personalised story book - designed to honour their life in a meaningful and lasting way.
Please Note
If you’re creating a book for more than one pet, we kindly ask that you place a separate order for each person. This allows us to dedicate a separate interview and the time needed to thoughtfully capture each story, ensuring every pet's memories and journey receive the care and attention they deserve.

If you would rather complete the story survey in your own time, you can skip the interview.
Simply reply to your confirmation email with your pet's name and let us know you’ll be completing the survey at your own pace.
We highly recommend booking your interview with someone who knows your pet well. This helps us capture deeper stories, memories, and details that make the book as rich and personal as possible.
If that isn’t possible, that’s completely okay — we will thoughtfully work with whatever information is shared.
